International workshop for lawyers
Independent Institute of Legal Expertise will host an exclusive international workshop "Psychological, land and building expertise in modern life" on June 25th 2015. Partner of the event - Investment Consulting center (Lodz, Poland) and INA "European Arbitration Chamber "(Brussels, Belgium).
The workshop is devoted to the features and purpose of psychological, land and construction expertise, as well as to recent legislative novels in this area.
On the subject of land expertise will be discussed the following issues:
- The order of state registration of rights to property
- State Land Cadastre, powers, functions and procedure.
- Features of acquiring rights to land residential and public buildings.
- The procedure for termination of servitude
- Legal aspects related to unauthorized construction and order its approval.
On the subject construction expertise will be discussed following issues:
- Examination of buildings and structures
- Recognition of ownership of building materials
- Definition complexity of real estate and construction compliance standards DBN, SNIP.
On the subject of psychological examination will be opened following issues:
- Features of forensic psychological examination in civil and criminal matters
- The mechanism of determining the amount of moral damages and calculation of compensation for the mental suffering
In addition, experts IILE who will perform as guest lecturers will talk not only about the forensic examination in the framework of national proceedings, but will pay attention to the issue of international expertise in commercial disputes.Our event aims to expand opportunities and facilities lawyers by European consulting, mediation and arbitration.
